Christy Mayle

Specialist – Analytics

Christy Mayle is an LMS and ITNA specialist on OUCCAS’ Analytics Team, providing troubleshooting and technical assistance to users and developing and maintaining surveys to gather statewide training needs data. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences from Ohio University.

Christy has worked in the field of child welfare since 2006. In her previous role with the Institute for Human Services (IHS), she worked on the trainer development, learning management system (LMS), and needs assessment teams, conducting training compliance tracking, performing LMS quality assurance tasks, providing technical assistance for LMS users, and overseeing the gathering and triangulation of statewide training needs data to analyze trends and identify training gaps.   Prior to that, Christy served as the Learning Management and ITNA Specialist in the Franklin County Children’s Services (FCCS) training department, as part of the Central Ohio Regional Training Center (CORTC). There she performed troubleshooting tasks and provided technical assistance for LMS users. She also served on the FCCS Supportive Work Environment Committee and was involved in creating the agency’s Critical Incident Stress Policy and forming the Peer Support Team to respond to high rates of secondary trauma experienced by agency workers.
