Mikki Holmes

Specialist – Analytics

Mikki Holmes began her career in child welfare in 1985 as a case aide with Athens County Children Services. When she wasn’t working directly with families, she performed administrative tasks, and beginning in 1990, served eight years as a full-time administrative assistant, followed by two years as a legal secretary.

In 2000, Mikki transitioned to the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program, first as the administrative assistant and then the foster parent training coordinator for the Southeast Ohio Regional Training Center, and later as the adoption training coordinator at the Central Ohio Regional Training Center in 2006.

Since 2014, Mikki has served as a learning management system administrator for the State Training Coordinator of the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program, with a focus on reporting and data validation/integrity.
