Principal, Kellana Hindert & Associates – Continuous Quality Improvement
Dr. Hindert is the Principal of Kellana Hindert & Associates, LLC. Since 2008, her work has been focused on program and system improvement. She has conducted several evaluation projects, data analyses, and research studies. She has extensive training in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Her background includes data management and statistical consultation with various community, social service, early childhood education, and health services clients. She also has a variety of experiences conducting focus groups, key informant interviews, and survey research. In addition to her work in psychology, Dr. Hindert engages in leadership roles focused on continuous quality improvement using evidence-based methods and data.
Dr. Hindert is a Research and Community Psychologist, an MBA, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) globally certified by the Project Management Institute. Her OUCCAS contributions include the authorship of several evaluation reports on topics such as Caseworker and Supervisor Core, OCWTP Trainers, Coaches, and Producers, the University Partnership Program, Preservice, and the CAPM Safety Assessment. Dr. Hindert also serves on the National Staff Development and Training Association (NSDTA) Evaluation Committee and regularly volunteers with the Black Empowerment Works program of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
