Dr. Stacie Furst-Holloway

Director, MA Psychology Program, Department of Psychology, University of Cincinnati – Continuous Quality Improvement

Dr. Stacie Furst-Holloway is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology. She currently serves as the Director of the MA Psychology and BA Organizational Leadership programs and as the Director of the Psychology of Work (POWER) lab. Dr. Furst-Holloway’s research focuses broadly in the areas of human resources (HR) and organizational development and change. Her research has been published in leading management and I/O psychology journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior

She currently serves on the editorial board of the Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Organizational Behavior. As a scientist-practitioner, she has contributed to numerous small- and large-scale organizational change and program evaluation efforts in the private and public sectors. Much of this work is funded through external grants, including the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Health, and contracts. She is the recipient of several teaching awards at the college, university, and regional levels for her efforts to engage students in applied, experiential learning projects. 

Stacie received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University, a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Villanova University, and a Ph.D. in Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
