Erinn Leary Green, Ph.D. is a member of the OUCCAS Continuous Quality Improvement team as the planner. Green is a Full Professor—Educator and the Director of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Cincinnati’s Department of Psychology. , Green also has engaged in extensive consulting work with local, state, and national entities. She specializes in program evaluation of nonprofit programs and organizations. Specifically, she uses participatory evaluation, organizational development, and program theory methods to help organizations transform from within. She focuses on data collection and planning through participatory qualitative methods.
Green is an experienced consultant and facilitator with over 20 years of experience collecting and applying qualitative data to process improvement. She has conducted 500+ data collection events for program evaluations that range from statewide programs (AdoptOHIO, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation Services) to local projects (the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing for the City of Cincinnati). She has extensive experience in planning, facilitating, and analyzing large amounts of qualitative data for various program evaluations and outcome assessments. Green has worked with Cincinnati organizations such as School Board School, VIA Institute, Talbert House, United Way, Community Action Agency, Lighthouse Youth Services, and the Hamilton County Educational Service Center, as well as with organizations from other states, such as the Erie FREE Taxes (Erie, PA) program and the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (Concord, NH).
Green received a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
