Our Team

Kristina Allwood is the Training Content Team Implementation Manager at Ohio’s University Consortium for Child and Adult Services (OUCCAS), the State Training Coordinator for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP). In her role, Kristina helps lead implementation efforts by developing strategies to promote new and revised learning opportunities. Kristina previously managed the APS Training Content Team, responsible for developing the APS Caseworker and Supervisor Core training modules. Since 2016, Kristina has been an active member of the Ohio Coalition for Adult Protective Services (OCAPS) and the National Association of Adult Protective Services (NAPSA) Education Committee. For the past 20 years, Kristina has served in various human services leadership roles in the non-profit sector. Kristina graduated from The Ohio State University in 2001 with a Master of Social Work and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker.
