Cacy Peña

Specialist – Training Delivery

In 2006, Cacy Peña began working in the field of Organizational Development and Learning, where she gained experience writing, implementing, and evaluating training around best practice. She has created and delivered content for new hires (onboarding, systems, specialized roles), and for leadership (emotional intelligence, management skills, coaching, relationship building, and succession planning). She has also developed training in sales and soft skills. She has worked with non-profit organizations to create strategic plans and successfully implement change management initiatives through the utilization of Appreciative Inquiry. In addition, Cacy has experience collaborating with business partners and successfully leading teams and projects in both the public and private sectors. 

She currently works for Ohio’s University Consortium for Child and Adult Services (OUCCAS) as a specialist in the recruitment and approval of trainers, coaches, and producers. In addition, she has written content for Supervisor Core (Supervisor as a Leader, Staff and Workplace Safety, Progressive Discipline, Setting Performance Expectations to Achieve the Agency’s Mission, Power, and Influence) and collaborated with stakeholders to create an onboarding tool for Adult Protective Services. 

Cacy has a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Change from Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Cleveland State University, and holds certifications in training, instructional design, executive coaching, and Appreciative Inquiry.
