Our Team

Kathy Kelley has been employed in the child welfare field since 1984. She worked for 20 years at a private direct service agency, supporting and assisting caseworkers and those they served (primary and adoptive families, foster caregivers, and unaccompanied refugee minors). Since 2004 she has worked with the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program. Kathy is an accidental techie who has assisted in developing and maintaining three data systems and providing technical support. She has twice facilitated the transition between retired and new learning management systems (LMS). She currently leads the LMS team in the OUCCAS Analytics unit.
